Vinification::
The grapes are harvested execlusively by hand, into 15 kg crates, at the best time for each vineyard, when they are ripe. Vinification in steel tanks with spontaneous temperature -
controlled fermentation. Long maceration on skin. Variable pumping over and délestage, aimed at extracting only the noble components from the skins.
Aging process:
15 months, with peaks of 18 months, in small oak barrels, with short refine in Barriques
Refining:
At least 6-8 months in the bottle before release for sale

Organoleptic characteristics and aromas:
Rounded, with a fresh taste and the right proportions; bright ruby red in colorur with notes of red fruits and a slight spicy sensation in the mouth, it is very pleasant and easy to drink.
A winde with a wide variety of pairing opportunities: with rice and pasta dishes, main courses featuring red and white meats and unripe cheese.
