IGT Toscana Rosso Palpito 2015

The 2017 Palpito blends 34% Sangiovese, 33% Merlot and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon to create a
display of smoky, rich black cherries with cooling herbal tones and hints of white smoke. It’s soft
and energetic in feel , with ripe red and blue fruits giving way to notes of sweet tobacco, peppery
spice and sour citrus. The finish is classically dry, clean and poised with purple florals and a hint of dark chocolate. There’s a lot to like about the 2017 Palpito. Drink date:2021–2024.
